If you wish to rent your home in DC Ranch, the lease agreement requires a six-month minimum (sorry airbnb’s and vrbo’s). You can only rent your property twice within a twelve-month period, once within a six-month period. Homeowners must deliver a copy of the Association’s Governing Documents, Rules and Regulations to the tenants.

DC Ranch amenities include two golf courses, country clubs, community centers, sports courts, fitness centers, 50 miles of landscaped trails and paths paths interconnected with 47 parks, resident clubs, youth programs, health club and spa, and if you enjoy hiking, DC Ranch borders the McDowell Sonoran Preserve.
Other amenities within the parks, are ramadas, canopies, fire pits, waterfalls, and a life-size chess board.
The community has a wide variety of social clubs, events, and fitness classes to meet everyone’s desires.
All memberships are considered family memberships and are granted access to all the clubs. Family includes the member, spouse, and all unmarried children under 24 years old.
Guests are welcome but have to be accompanied by a member.
Tenants are also welcome only if the property owner submits the Tenant Registration Form. Once the tenant (s) is entered into the database, they will be issued fobs for access.
