The Estancia Design Review Committee shall establish reasonable procedural rules, regulations, restrictions, architectural standards and design guidelines (the “Design Guidelines”), which the Design Review Committee may, from time to time in its sole discretion, amend, repeal or augment.
Each Lot may be used only for residential purposes and none other. No business or commercial building may be erected on any Lot and no business or commercial enterprise or other non-residential use may be conducted on any part thereof. No temporary buildings, structures or trailers may be erected, placed or maintained on any Lot except as expressly permitted by, and in compliance with, the Design Guidelines.
Boats and Motor Vehicles. Except as specifically permitted by the Association Rules, (a) no boats, trailers, buses, motor homes, campers or other vehicles shall be parked or stored in or upon the Common Areas or upon a Lot except within an enclosed garage or as permitted by the Design Guidelines; (b) no vehicle shail be repaired or rebuilt in any Lot or upon the Common Areas; and, (c) nothing shail be parked on the Private Streets except in parking areas designated by the Board.
The Board may remove, or cause to be removed, any unauthorized vehicle at the expense of the owner of the vehicle in any manner consistent with law.
