If you wish to rent your home in Crestview, you need to be in compliance with the leasing policy.
Any property or structure may be rented only in its entirety for single family residential purposes (family defined as traditional legal husband and wife, or two domestic partners, or two unmarried cohabitants, or a single or divorced person or parent, also including minor children of either or both parents, either natural or legally adopted only).
The initial rental period must be not less than six months and may thereafter be on a month-to-month basis with the same tenants. Under no circumstances may any property, or part thereof, be rented for commercial or for any single event purposes or to multiple parties, except a family as defined above.
No tenant or renter may sublease or sub-rent the property. Upon renting a property, the owner must submit a completely filled in registration form to the Crestview property management firm within ten days of commencement of the rental term in order to ensure communication among all parties (forms may be obtained from the management firm).
As part of any rental arrangement owner shall inform tenants of all the rules and regulations of the Crestview at Fountain Hills Community Association to include a statement noting that violation of the community’s rules may serve as the basis for eviction. Owners shall be fully liable for any violation of any association rules by their tenants
