What are the Silverleaf home standards?

Standards for Homes in Silverleaf are the measures for keeping our community beautiful. The standards provide owners and other residents in all neighborhoods, including sub-associations*, with the benchmark that their property should reflect, enabling residents to enjoy not only the beauty of their property, but of all the neighboring properties as well.

It is important for residents to understand the standards and to voluntarily identify when maintenance of wood, metal, stucco, concrete, etc. is needed.

The goal of standards is simple: to ensure DC Ranch is as beautiful and enticing today as it was the first time you saw it. Standards address the accepted appearance and maintenance of physical elements already on your property.

Any modifications to the appearance or structure of the home, may be approved by the Silverleaf at DC Ranch Design Committee.

What are the Silverleaf HOA and community fees?

Currently, HOA fees are $69 a month for council,  $124.10 a month for DC Ranch Master Association and $396.85 a month for Silverleaf for a total of $589.95 a month. For more detailed information and current assessments, contact:

What are the Silverleaf policies if I want to rent my home?

If you wish to rent your home in Silverleaf, you need to be in compliance with the leasing  policy. 

To lease the property, a minimum of six (6) months is required. The property can only be leased twice within a 12-month period or once in a six-month period. The owners are responsible for providing tenants with a copy of the Association’s Governing Documents, Rules, and Regulations. Failure to comply with the policies outlined in these documents may result in the imposition of a fine or other legal remedies, such as the filing of an Injunction.

What are the Silverleaf policy standards for landscape?

Silverleaf philosophy is centered on the ideas that Homes should “live” to the street and that a coherent and rich landscape fabric ties the neighborhood together. Special attention must be paid to landscaped areas that are within public view. Individual Home landscape designs are part of the larger neighborhood composition, rather than stand-alone statements.

For this reason, no one design should dominate the landscape, but should instead provide subtle uniqueness that is appropriate to the overall environment. The end result should be individual Homes interwoven together along with the open spaces to give these neighborhoods a sense of place.

Can I view the Silverleaf C,C & R's prior to purchase?

C,C, & R’s are documents that govern a community. DC Ranch Association has it’s own. 

An integral part of the development plan is the creation of the DC Ranch Association, an association comprised of all owners of real property in the Ranch, to own, operate, and/or maintain various common areas and community improvements.

Golf membership has a $400,000 membership deposit with monthly dues of $2,500. There is a current waitlist of 8-10 years.

Clubhouse membership is currently available and the deposit is $100,000 with monthly dues of $825. Clubhouse membership has access to everything except for golf course and driving range during peak season which is Nov. 1 thru end of May.
