Leasing of Units. “Leasing,” for purposes of this Declaration, is defined as regular, exclusive occupancy of a Unit by any person, other than the Owner, for which the Owner receives any consideration or benefit, including, but not limited to, a fee, service, gratuity or emolument.
Units must be leased in their entirety. No single rooms or other fraction or portion of a Unit may be leased, nor shall any Unit or portion thereof be used for operation of a boarding house, “Bed and Breakfast” establishment, or similar accommodation.
There shall be no subleasing or assignment of leases unless prior written approval is obtained from the Board of Directors. No transient tenants may be accommodated in a Unit.
All leases shall be in writing. Leases of an entire Unit shall be for a term of no less
than one year, except with the prior written consent of the Board.
Notice of any lease, together with such additional information as may be required by the Board, shall be given to the Board by the Unit Owner within 10 days of the execution of the lease.
The Owner must make available to the lessee copies of the Declaration, By-Laws and the Use Rules & Regulations.
The leasing of a Unit shall not be considered a business or trade within the meaning of this document.

Let’s talk about it, the golf challenge of my life. One of my absolute favorite public courses ever, not because I score well here, because I don’t, but the fact that kicks my a%* every time. This course is not for the fainthearted.
I will start out two to three over par the first six holes. The next six I will add another three or four to that number. The last six, rightly coined “The Wicked Six” deflates my game. Five of the last six holes are literally uphill.
Maybe I should play from the front tees the last six holes? Not a chance! I want that challenge. Some day, hopefully I can par each of those holes…nah, not likely.
This beautiful course is 7,000 yards from the ‘tips’. A lot of elevation changes as well as some creek beds running through the center of the fairway. It is definitely a true desert course. It reminds me of a ‘links course’, narrow and not too forgiving. Definitely target golf.
The Sunridge Canyon golf course was designed by Keith Foster, an architect known for designing demanding courses. This review may sound deflating, but I would encourage any and all golfers to give this course a try. It truly is a desert gem.
After a wonderful round of gold, head on over to the Wicked Six Bar & Grille. Enjoy some American Southwestern cuisine. They offer sandwiches, gourmet burgers, steaks, wood fired pizzas and specialties of the chef. Beer, wine, and cocktails are available.
