If you wish to rent your home in Desert Mountain, you need to be in compliance with the leasing policy. All of Desert Mountain is restricted to a minimum of a 30-day rental, with the only exception being current Desert Mountain owners of property and Club members of Desert Mountain.
There are six villages within Desert Mountain that require a thirty day minimum for rental regardless of whether they are current owners or club members. The six are Lost Star, Geronimo/Cochise, Saguaro Forest, Lone Mountain II, Seven Arrows and the Haciendas.

Nestled along the Sonoran desert, Desert Mountain offers incredible amenities. As you enter the guard gated community, be ready to explore all that Desert Mountain offers.
There are seven beautiful, private championship golf courses, yes seven, with six of them being designed by Jack Nicklaus. Work on your swing at the Jim Flick Golf Performance Center.
There are seven clubhouses, yes seven. The Sonoran offers pickleball courts, a tennis complex (referred to as “Wimbledon of the West”), pilates, fitness center, bocce ball, youth activity center, croquet, swimming pools, and a spa.
For hiking enthusiasts, there are 12 looped trails with 31 different routes within 3,000 acres of wilderness desert and back country. The looped trails encompass about 20 miles, whereas the different routes to take on those loops total 158 miles.
You will encounter canyons, ridges, peaks, and many spectacular views.
Check out the unique Desert Mountain interactive trail guide at the trail head, which has a 55-inch touch-screen monitor where you can receive detailed information of hike distance, elevation gain and time to complete the hike. It also provides up to the minute weather, plant and wildlife info, outdoor news, and hiking rules and tips to be safe.
If hiking is not for you, there are several walking paths within the community.
For the children in the family, there are plenty of activities at the youth center and for a more focused future, check out the Junior Sports Academy where they can explore golf and tennis.
For a visit to the old west, explore the open space of the nature preserve, called “The Ranch.” It is 33 acres bordering the Tonto National Forest, providing tribute to a Native American “kiva.”
Desert Mountain has a wide variety of social clubs, events, and fitness classes to meet everyone’s desires.
After all your tireless activities, it’s time to saunter on over to one of the ten restaurants and grills. from a gastropub to themed dining including Southwestern, Tuscan Italian, Steak and Seafood, and Mediterranean. • Desert Mountain Club Membership Application Review is a 30-day and Board approval process

• Membership Initiation Fees & availability are managed by the Club and are subject to change at any
